What is it?

    Pregnancy usually lasts 38 to 40 weeks, its starts  from the first day that the women misses her menstrual period. Is divided  in three trimesters, each one last three months compliting the nine month. Pregnancy begins with implications, the process leading to pregnancy occurs earlier as the result of the female gamete, or oocyte, merging with the male gamete, spermatozoon.The therm that is used in the first 4 weeks is embyon and after that is call fetus. Pregnancy is the way that life comes from a male and female. Usually the normal weith is 6-9 lb (2.7-4 kg) at birth, and size is around 20 inchis long.
